Reservation and enquiry forms collect the contact details and project information you submit. This can include your name, email, phone number, company, preferred schedule and production brief.
How it is used
The information is stored to manage reservations, respond to enquiries and coordinate studio sessions. Authorized staff can review and update the records. Do not include payment card details or sensitive personal information in the brief.
Your private management link
Your reservation link contains a secret access token. Anyone with the link can view the reservation and request changes. Keep it private.
Browser storage
The website stores your selected equipment list in this browser to carry it into your brief. Your selected duration and a booking token may be retained in the current tab during submission retries. You can download a reservation record to your own device; this contains your private management link. No advertising analytics are installed in this version.
Requests about your information
Contact Scene Space through the Contact page or its Instagram account to request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information.

External links, including Instagram, are governed by those services’ privacy practices. This site uses externally hosted typefaces; your browser may connect to the font provider.
